Poorest customer service i have ever had. Went in for brake job on my Mercedes and i leave with my car smoking from under the hood and noise coming from Right rear side of vehicle, can see through the wheel that my caliper was falling off so i had it towed in. Was told the water pump was the culprit on what was making the smoke under the hood so i had it replaced also. They told me that the pads where making noise and that it was all back together correctly but i saw the caliper coming off the rotors. LYING TO MY FACE! now car doesn't run well and has check engine light on. Brought back to them a third time and they said they cannot do anything for me!! HORRIBLE PLACE Spent 800 here now im being told to screw off, JON is a bad manager and is useless and corporate will not call me back!

I have been going to this Pep Boys for several years now, and they have done consistently top-rate, very reasonable work. On one occasion I showed up just minutes before closing, desperate, and they fixed the problem for me. They are like a 'neighborhood mechanic'--trustworthy, honest, dependable!

Very knowledgeable staff on car parts but it's a bit pricey to have repairs done by the mechanics.

Tried charging me $92.00 for a headlight that the book time repair cost is $46.00 at a DEALERSHIP! Double dealership cost, thats fair
