As a child visiting my grandparents working and living at a butcher shop in Inman. My eye to eye contact meeting with wolf, my eye color was grayish green or green, not blue as they are now. My brother ran for safety (disability) when he heard wolf coming from the woods. Standing there alone at the edge of the woods, a small dog (the least) came running from the back of the pack and stood firmly in front of me. I looked at the line of large growling dogs then back at the lead wolf looking at me. Then wolf and his pack left and the small dog stayed behind with me. I petted the small dog that I couldn't take home, pulled the hair out of it's eyes and wiped all the eye drainage from it's eyes with my shirt. The happy little dog ran back to its pack. Something the wolf's followers didn't do for the least. All three of my children has brown eyes. I think my eye color is having a green come back today.
