I purchased a brand new Monterey 355SY from Munson Marine in 2020. I have been blown off by the service department for a list of repairs that are under warranty. I have issues that have been unresolved now for 3 years. I was told that " we just don't have time". Buyer beware! They will communicate and give you the red carpet service up until they have sold you a boat. Munson Marine to anyone. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. As far as the Monterey company, they are equally as bad with upholding their responsibilities for warranty repair. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a new Monterey.
