Our Onan 5500W generator failed us. On a Saturday morning, on a camping trip. Isn't that the way it always happens? I called and asked about "house calls" and was told that yes, they did mobile repair. That afternoon Robert and Roberto came out, diagnosed the problem, realized they couldn't fix it on site and wrestled that thing out of our fifth-wheel trailer. Today, Monday, they had it back in place and we're back in business. I didn't catch the name of the third man who came along to help put the generator back in, but they were all nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We're at the Salton Sea; they drove down from Morongo Valley. Good service, and travel to boot. I hope we never need trailer repairs again, but if we do we'll be calling Wagner RV Services!

Recently I damaged the "umbilical cord" that supplies signal lights from my motorhome when plugged into the towed vehicle. I had dragged the plug on the pavement for 8 miles and so it had created shorts and it blew some fuses in our motorhome.

I restored running lights myself as I replaced some lighting fuses under the hood. However ... my Leveling Jacks, Turn Indicators, and Backing-up Lights all still failed, and I was mystified.

I was referred to Wagner RV Repair and I called for a next-day appointment. Dave Wagner and his crew arrived at our campsite on time and heard my explanation. Dave sent his electrical tech under the hood and under the dashboard to review all I had done and then he fixed it all, under one hour.

They explained that my 2003 Fleetwood's protective features had caused a computer shut down and another relay also had to be reset.
Dave also said if such an event occurred on the road, just call and he would guide me with the code how to reset my computer. Very solid guys !

Wagner's guys replaced a broken shear pin on my full wall slide while I was "stuck" in the Spotlight 29 casino parking lot. Very courteous, professional. Charges were modest, work was very good. They had to go back to the shop to get the right shear pin and came right back even though it was "lunch time". I really expected they would be gone for a while because of the noon hour, but they came right back and got be fixed up with little fuss! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and strangers, alike. You can tell these guys want to do a good job!

i was drive up to yucca and i stop at wagner rv the light on my dash where not working and i was using my rv for my trip for the weekend in bigbear and this guys stop what they where doing to help me out and within 30 min they got me back on the road that was a great feeling and i enjoyed my trip

dealing with dave was great he told me how it is what service i was get and how much it was going to be to work on my rv so hidden fees and that was great the work was done in 4 days to get me ready for my trip to flagstaff

they were very nice and friendly so I park my RV up there and they were able to help me sell it I think it was about 2 weeks and someone came in and bought itthat really helped me out no I hate when I have friends I want to sell there are these order trailers I let them know that Wagner is the place to go because they clean it up you keep it in a locked yard and they even posted it in the newspaper to help sell it fast so I would recommend them

Needed a new A/c heater they had one in Stock and better price than any I could find, put it all in an hour and that was it.
