I bought a car here about a year and a half ago, and it still is working great. I love the car and Sam Song was very helpful when we were going through the process. My Honda Accord is great and I would recommend Sam for anyone!

Jodi was our salesperson and she's been great about follow up and following through. 2.5 weeks after purchasing our CRV I took car in for waxing, use our expired parts coupon (which they honored, no questions asked), and installation of license plates. I held off on writing this review right after the sale but now that the dealership has lived up to their end of the deal, my wife and I walk away very happy.

Unicars Honda is amazing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the service writer, who was super friendly. The service manager happened to walk by and took the time to stop and see if we needed anything. Mike Torbett our favorite mechanic at Honda serviced my daughters car right away and as always provided amazing service!! The sales girl who sold us our car saw us and came over to give us a hug and to see how we were doing. Katherine Torbett who handled some things when we bought our car walked by and stopped to see how we were enjoying our new car. Honda is like family and we will for sure by our next Honda from Unicars!!

I really did not want to buy a new car but when my transmission went out I was in need.Unicars Honda made it possible for me to get a great new car at a fair price .I was treated well by the staff from Rick the manager to the guys in service. They evenm gave me a $25.00 gift card to use in the parts dept.I got a new window visor.I definitly recommend Unicars Honda .

My recent experience was great!! Went there because It was close and I had spoken with the service a couple of times but did not have the time to leave the vehicle for repairs.. So when the maintenance codes came on along with the 10% oil life I changed the oil myself and took it in for 3 codes and to fix my running lights! I HAD NO APPT. TIME but the service guys were "On It" and said they would SHUTTLE ME "Both Ways" , But it would only be a few hours! Later they called to discuss the one weird thing about the running light repair and I approved it to be done! Within about an hour they called and said they were done and "did I need a ride back...?" 30 minutes later the shuttle was at my gate. Arriving back at the dealership, I sat down, had all the paperwork explained to me, paid a very reasonable price and off I went!! FYI - $110 per hr. labor rate, but they also have package rates for maintenance code items! $130 ea. for Trans. and Rear Diff. fluid flush and replacemt. $25 for tire rotation, $39 for oil & filter replacemt. =)

I drove out 2 hours to check out a car. I was greeted by a salesman who quickly showed me to the used car managers office. Used car manager was very nice thanked me for driving out and had the salesman show me the car. Everyone here was very friendly and no pressure. I had a pleasant experience.

Maybe the sales department is significantly different than the service department, but I'm so thrilled with my latest experience at Unicars. I brought my Civic in, convinced I had a problem with a fuel line or fuel pump. I even told them I had a problem with one of those things. Turns out, I was only miss a cap from the oil tank and there were no other problems. They could have easily turned my problem into a money maker for them. But they didn't. They even gave me a discount on the diagnostic fee. I will definitely be returning for service in the future. And probably checking my oil cap more often. Oops!

I received respect, patience & any thing that I needed whether it be water , questions about price or the financial layout, I was very satisfied with how the employee's serviced us. No words to express the patience, experience and amability Josy offer to us. Managenent steped it up at a moment of need and went beyond to provided us with what we were looking for after a bad situation occured. The vehicle we were signing for was involved in an accident and Josy and her manager Luis, were able to get us the same type of vehicle right away and were able to match the product at no extra cost. Couldn't be more satisfied to ha e chosen this dealer and encounter the professiobalism of the staff, especially Josy's. I highly recomend I10 Honda in Indio CA.
