Would highly not recommend Merritt construction, I was given a contract for a patio to be built in early June gave Merritt half of the material cost that was signed and dated and also told a build date of august 10. After the patio was not built on the date I received no updates and got many excuses unless i called Merritt myself all the way through the end of September when i canceled and promised a refund of my deposit, had to call Merritt and he told me he didn’t have my money. I still have not received my refund from the deposit that Merritt was given and have had to take legal action towards Merritt construction 23 weeks into this now . Would not recommend Merritt construction.
