I have been dealing with Fiesta Ford since 2017, and they always go that extra mile. I wouldn't take my vehicle any place else for Service or Sales, my Service guy Is Rudy and truly his customers come first. I recently bought av2019 Ford EcoSport SE and I love it. I want to say if anyone is looking for a New or used Vehicle, FIESTA FORD is the place to go. That certainly deserve the Awards and more that they receive. Happy to be a FUESTA FORD CUSTOMER!!! I would give the 100 Stars if possible.

Fiesta Ford gave me and my wife the BEST service ever. I took my car in for an oil change, but ended up checking it all out for other areas.

Aside from the oil change, they checked all other fluids, and they rotated my tires and while doing so, found a nail on one tire and fixed it. After that they washed the car before my wife picked it up. It was awesome that they checked the tires and avoided my wife from a potential flat tire.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!



WEDNESDAY:

I get in contact with the internet manager BENJAMIN MARTINEZ. We agree to a price and puts a hold on the car on Saturday if it's still available.



SATURDAY:

I leave the house at 8am. He calls me at 8:50 and my wife speaks with him since I was driving. He asked us where we were because someone else had come in to see the same car. My wife told him our ETA was after 10am. He said ok.



He calls back at 9:30 and speaks to my wife again (40 minutes away from dealership). He now tells my wife they are selling the car to the other customer that came in. He said his manager said it's against policy to hold a car. Now I'm thinking then why did you tell me that you can hold it in the first place!?!?!



I don't waste my time driving out there for nothing. I don't get to spend much quality time with my family during the week and for them to waste half of my Saturday is unforgivable.

OMG dude even get me started about this place ..my ford 250 had the engine light on and they replaced the mother board and the gas senor since that was active ...no call back for 7 days on the truck had to call the manager (left a message) heard nothing from that person and after nearly 2,500 in replacement lights still on and they told me additional 2k to replace my turbocharger (again) 50/50 chance of resetting the engine light. OMG this ford worse ever but so is this location even the service rep. is now over at Dodge (funny)

Service department opened promptly at 7am this morning. I was the second customer waiting in a parked line of cars. Very nice service writer wrote up the repair order. I only needed an oil change (which includes a tire rotation) & a replacement of the right rear turn lamp bulb (the turn "blinker"). I waited from 7am until 9am for the work to be completed. I paid for the work & was told that my car was being washed & would be brought up in 5 or 10 minutes. More waiting. I finally left the dealership at 9:30am...two & a half hours for an oil change & rotation plus a simple light bulb replacement. Crazy!! If the folks in service weren't so nice, I would get my Explorer serviced elsewhere!!
