We hired him to fix two sliding glass doors. He came, fixed and was paid. He had offered to sell a screen door, so we called a few days later to try to purchase, but he did not return the call. A few weeks later, we discovered that one of the sliders broke again (with original problem we had him "fix"). He has not returned multiple phone calls. We will continue to try to get him to return and fix the door properly.

Brad`s Glass is the most reasonably priced +extremely professional work.Very friendly service as well. I have had several screens replaced lately and have found Brads to be exceptionally courteous as well as quality minded.I drive from Covington,Ky to Amelia,Oh for this service so they are obviously doing something right.Highly recommend!! :):):) D. Owner, Brad responder promptly for what seemed like a difficult replacement. A double paned window with a metal frame grid throughout. Brad made it look easy, was personable and explained what he was doing to us the entire time. Nice to know we have a go to, dependable glass professional when we need one.
