Very rude. Never returned my phone call for an appointment. Showed up at my RV early the next day unannounced while I was still in bed. When I told him that I wish had known he was coming so I could have been ready for him he replied, "Do you want propane or not?" I told him no. He slammed the propane door of my RV. We had an argument and then he was gone.
