The last one didn't take, so will try again. We had to replace a large window, a patio door, and add some shake shingle accents to our home. We were very pleased with the options presented by All American, their no-pressure sales approach and accommodating nature. Price was a factor, but not the only one. That said, it turns our that they priced our job the best. The installer was very respectful, attentive to detail, and stayed on task. They did a great job for us and we will not hesitate to use them again.

After the last roofing company was done I was very unhappy it was not done right and it leaked sometimes. Now it is done the right way and I couldn't be happier my gutters work the right way also. Brian did a great job on explaining what they had to do and stuck to the contract word for word even went beyond what they had to do. It was a very good crew who worked quickly and did not leave a mess happy about that. I would Recommend All American Exteriors to any body. I work construction and these guy are great to work with and very good at what they do.

I really like my house with the siding and gutters looking so nice. I am continually getting compliments from neighbors/friends/family that come over. SO pleased with never having to clean gutters again. The siding process went smoothly with the neighbor who watched it saying he was amazed at the good job they did. They actually measured twice and cut once. I am so glad I went with All American Exteriors!

I love my new siding, Metro roof, gutters and gutter protection. They even came out later and fixed a door threshold for me. :)

We meet Rebel the first time at the fair in 2014. We have had great peace-of-mind knowing that the new steel roof was in place to protect our home from the heavy and frequent rains we have experienced this year. No leaks! Rebel pointed out a few things that should be improved and included repair work around the chimney. Everything was easy. From setting the original appointment to scheduling the installation to completing the actual installation. The office staff was great.

We are very happy with our new deck. They did an excellent job of workmanship with no seams or screw holes visible and the cut and fit of the boards is very previse. The look is completed by the powder coated aluminum railing. Our deck is beautiful. This is the kind of professional exterior business customers want to work with. They show up when they say they will, are trustworthy and safe, are neat and tidy at the end of the day, and Rebel valued our opinion and suggestions concerning the remodeling. He took time to answer all our questions and concerns. Our deck remodeling was a positive experience.

Here are the pro's and con's of my experience.

Pro's:

Quality of product. The windows seem well built and look great. The siding is also well made, seems durable and looks great.

Price. The price for the product and installation was in the middle of the competition. I choose All American due to the additional quality of the product.

Siding installation. They did a great job and kept the area clean.

Window installation. Installers were quick and the are smooth and open and close correctly.

Con's:

Siding installation timing. It was originally to take about a week for installation. It took almost 3 weeks to complete. Not a huge problem, but wasn't what I expected.

Communication. I never knew the status of the order, when it would be installed, or when things were going to be delivered.

We are very happy with the gutters and gutter covers they installed. No more birds trying to make nests in them. This is the 3rd project Rebel has done for us and we are very satisfied with them all. He has our house covered with a new metal roof, new doors and windows, and new siding also. We highly recommend him and his crews to do any work anyone needs. The Taylors

We are very pleased with the experience we had and the product used by this company while siding our home. There was a small glitch the first day which was quickly managed by Brian and everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Every little detail was managed in a professional and timely manner. We have received compliments from our neighbors and people just walking by on the look of our new siding. We recommend All American Exteriors and will call them when it is time for new shingles.

Over a year ago we had All American do a job for us. The other day we needed a little repair work done and emailed Rebel. They did a great job on getting the trim pieces fixed right away and now we are going to talk to them about another big job on our house. Thank you very much, Rebel.

Rebel was a pleasure to work with and was prompt, personable and professional. I received all the information I needed from him and the estimate went out to my insurance company the same day. Rebel came to our home and walked us through what needed to be done after a storm went through. We sent the quote off to the insurance and had problems with them wanting to pay. Brian went to bat for us taking a lot of stress off me and when it was done he got the full replacement cost from our ins. We got the call that they would be out at 7 to do the roof. They arrived a little before and went to work. We were home by 1 and couldn't even tell they had been out other than the dumpster was gone and the roof was now black. There was no mess or pieces of roof anywhere. Thanks so All American for a job well done :)
