Awful service. I have taken my scooter there twice and both times it wasn't ready at the time they told me to pick it up. The head mechanic is family (they are a family run business) and didn't give a hoot if you get your bike on time or not - I watched him purposely take 3 hours, with lots of sitting and a couple cigarette breaks, to do a 1 hour job - just because I was watching him. I have not dealt much with the sales part except to pay my bill. I don't trust the repair part of this business and I will never go back.

Excellent Service! I took my Road Glide Screaming Eagle there for upgrade stereo system, motor work, new headlights. i have also bought 2 scooters and a 4 wheeler from them. Great Mechanics and the office secretary was very helpful and polite. I will be a happy returning customer for years

Great customer service fixed my scooter and did work on my Harley. Number one in my book, I will be taking all my bike work them. Honest people and even helped me on some problems on my bike that no one else could find. Good hard working Americans..

This place is a freaking joke my husband went and picked his bike up yesterday and what happened today the head gasket blew they broke parts because they didn't know what they was doing and charged him for their mistakes

I would not trust this place they rip you off they shouldn't even be allowed to be in business If they broke it they should have bought it plan and simple They are a disgrace to small business from now on my husband bike will go to a real shop

If I could have gave a 0 star I would have on the rating

I was calling from work to ask the manager about any specials they were running hubby was interested in getting a bike and the MANAGER didn't even give me time to tell her what my call was about before telling me she wasn't intersted.
