Our homes are purchased from reputable five star manufacturers such as Redman and Fairmont. Young Homes, Inc has maintained a full service, manufactured housing dealership since 1966. We offer a full line of Modular, Manufactured, and 2 story Cape Cod Homes ( 24', 26', 28', 32' wide & length as long as 80' ). Young Homes also sells a full line of 14' and 16' single wide units. We are general contractor able to assist our customers with all their private property needs. A one-year, manufacturer's full warranty is given on every new home purchase. A 2-10 year warranty is available. Rick Ray Young personally oversees our service department. He has over 40 years experience. Bob Young Jr., personally oversees our Sales Department along with Angela Apley. In addition to the sales and service department, we have a licensed Real Estate Agent on staff. Our agent will help you locate land for your new home and assist with the needs of selling your current home. We also welcome your own Realtor.
