Location is great but the apartments are junk and the staff is rude! Within the first week of moving in maintenance was out on 3 separate occasions, and the problems were still present. They have an insect problem that remained even after pest control came out twice! The neighbor kids said their parents were spraying for cockroaches, and the staff never addressed the problem! The second floor to our townhome needed to be completely replaced and the staff never was accommodating to our needs. Every time we called the office we got the answering machine and rarely received a call back. I have lived in several apartments and I have to say this by far is the worst experience I have ever had!!! The parking is non existent and the staff could care less about the residents. They close at 5pm and you better hope nothing goes wrong after business hours because you will be S.O.L.!! they are extremely unorganized with no customer service skills whatsoever!
