Beautiful Community! Great School District, IndyGo Bus right out side! New playgroumd, Updated Clubhouse for the residents! Excellant Pool! Nice, clean and safe community!

Have friends that live here and was told new owners and new management took over. I was little skeptical of any changes as heard that story before. Boy have I been proven wrong!! A brand new fence and playground have already been put in and the place is getting cleaned up tremendously. Have to give props to new manager and owners for actually doing something. Looking forward to seeing what else they have planned and visiting my friends in their new home.

I just moved in here a month ago, I heard it was just purchased buy another owner I have received such great service from the staff and I heave a great home to live in. This place is great and is growing. I see lots of new tenants moving in around my place. I highly recommend stopping buy if you need a new place to live live. Its 8 minutes from downtown and has local shopping very close to the property.

This place was terrible before the new owners and management came here. They have made many improvements in a short amount of time and can't wait to see what more is to come. So blessed to finally see someone care and not pocket all the proceeds from my hard earned income. Thank you

Really nice place to live . I been here now for 5 months and the new owners is selling new and used homes at rock bottom prices. He just installed a new playground for the kids and put up a new white fence around the property . WOW very nice . GY
