Overhead Door was very courteous and showed up when they said they would. They provided a couple of options that we could take to fix the problem. We ultimate had a new spring replaced. The tech said it would only take and hour for the work to be performed and it took him almost two hours. Also, we were charged extra to way the door to select the right size of spring. This activity should be included in the cost of replacing the spring. Overall, I was satisfied with their workmanship and would use them again.
