The worst customer service experience I've ever encountered with an insurance agency. They had a clear IT issue with their email and obstinately continued to blame the issue on my wife and I to a point Travis Wilson sent us a tirade of an email informing us to take our business elsewhere when we had the audacity to continue to ask for documentation we needed to pick up a new vehicle. All we had done was continue to ask for the documentation. Nothing out of line. Nothing rude. Actually we were quite patient considering we had been attempting to get this documentation for close to a week from this "office manager" by the time I even contacted Travis Wilson. In short, the man acted like a spoiled child who couldn't believe we had the nerve to question that his office had failed to provide us with what we had asked for. It simply had to be our fault. Trouble was, it turned out to be his office manager's email that was the problem all along. But even when that was proven, he continued to blame us for the entire falling out. In short, if you have a choice, I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere. If you ever need anything beyond the minimum service you'll be glad you did not have to deal with this agency.
