I went in Monday to look at a Scion Tc that they had on their lot. When I got there, I found out they had one with half the miles, a year newer, with a sunroof for only 1500 bucks more. That was two grand off of blue book value. I was really skeptical that the deal was somehow a mistake. My contact KC there assured me everything was right, and that they primarily wholesale cars to dealers, but offer some for public sale at the same prices. I can't believe I got such a deal, and I love my new black TC. KC told me to hop online and leave a review if I was pleased with my purchase, and I was. Thanks Hoosier Tom for the great deal!

I work for Johnson & Johnson in Indianapolis and my lease was up on my company vehicle and was instructed to return it to Hoosier Tom to be inspected. I met with Brian and Mr Phipps who asked me to walk around the vehicle with them for the inspection in order to verify any defects upon their findings. It took less than 5-minutes and they gave me a complimentary cup of coffee and a ride to the Tom O'Brien Toyota in order to pick up my new company car. My husband and I loved my company vehicle that we turned in even though I had put over 100,000 miles on it in less than 2 1/2 years and decided to get something like it as a second vehicle (2009 Volvo XC70). I thought it was worth a shot so inquired about how they would be disposing of the one I returned. They explained the process and I asked if I could buy it from them before it was sold to a dealer. They sold it to me for the exact same price that was offered by the dealership it was going to be sold to in Columbus Ohio. A week after I bought it, I took it to Carmax for an appraisal since we were eating across the street and they offered $300.00 more for it than we had paid Hoosier Tom for it. I am thrilled to find out that there was another way to buy second hand cars other than Dealerships and Classified ads. Hoosier Tom encouraged me to post this review and I was delighted with the overall experience with Hoosier Tom!

There is a salesman here named VITO how was not honest with me. He was playing some type of game and trying to pressure and intimidate me into a deal. He left me with the impression I could not believe what he was saying. He tried to trick me into a deal with a number he had not authority to offer. I think he was not honest with me and I felt like he was talking down to me and he was acting like an arrogant big shot and was mocking me when I would not agree to his crazy low offer. He was just trying to make some type of point in front of his peers and offered me a super low price just so he could say 'we did all we could' and then laughed with his buddies at me and behind my back as I was leaving. Vito is a jerk and don't use him.
