Went to this church this morning for the 10:45 A.M. service. 08/17/2008



I was so very disappointed!! I was expecting so much more and got so, so, little.

As we were walking into the door we had "one" member of the earlier service stop

as he was leaving stopped and gave us both a hug and welcomed us. However, no-

one else said a thing to us except to hand us a pamphlet 'Not a Program' a pamphlet.



Then as the service began a band on the platform started to play and the singer started

singing and a video screen on both sides of the room have the words of the song on so

everyone can join in. The song consist of three sentences Over and Over AGAIN!!!

It was very boring.

Then after that was over the pastor gave a lesson. And I will give him his kootos on being

able to explain in plain terms so that a child could understand verses of the bible that he

was talking about. However then he stopped and said hey have a good week and left the

floor. Weired!!

Then as we got up to leave we thought sure someone would speak to us and say hello.

That would be a big fat NO it didn't happen.

All in all, it was bad.

Sorry Westlake church people but you have a lot to learn about friendliness and singing.
