Be careful when filing with Warren Township. They have to be the least efficient office of all the Small Claims Courts in Marion County. They will tell you they will send you copies of your small claims form, then you will receive it the day before the hearing if you are lucky. Also, I was to have a compliance hearing on April 28th and was not notified. It was NOT indicated on the paper I was given by the court, so I did not know about it. They should make sure everything is ready to go in the mail before they leave in the evening. Apparently this hasn't occurred to them, and the one document I was to receive came to me the day before the hearing and the other was not received at all.
