Wallace Tile N Floor installed new tile in the entryway of our home. Rick is an old school craftsman in every sense of the word. He took his time and did a very professional job. Wallace Tile N Floor repaired and replaced the sub floors in two of my bathrooms and replaced/repaired vinyl/linoleum in the kitchen and bathrooms. Wallace tile installed tile in...

Wallace tile installed tile in my kitchen. Good job putting in the tile, but putting back the trim and cleaning up was lacking. I spent a day cleaning up after installation and will spend another day trying to fix and replace trim that was damaged.

The response to the customer of the Kitchen Tile job:The job was signed by customer,satisfactory completion and guaranteed 1 year. Exsisting trim that is fastened to the wall in a remove & replace will tend too break,and may need to be replaced as needed.The Job site is always covered with drop cloths and plastic, The Customer was informed of the work procees and may need to do some slight dusting. This will and was proposed in the contract. The Customer recieved a Discount Rate at the start and unforeseen labor we performed did not bill for.
