Wabash Valley owns 156 MW of the Gibson generating station in southwestern Indiana, 160 MW of the Vermillion station in Cayuga, Ind., and is a 50 percent owner in sgSolutions. Wabash Valley does not have stockholders, but is instead privately held by its members. The association is also a founding member of Touchstone Energy.
