While Trade Secret does sell merchandise that may not be found elsewhere, their hair salon is a complete joke. Ask for partial highlight, you'll get some nasty lines clearly indicating where the foils were not left on for long enough. Go back in for a re-do and get a 15 minute lecture telling you that they did not mess it up, but that the people before them did. Interestingly enough, they were the people that did it before them.

As for prices, I'm amazed at how the cost for a highlight can more than double in 2 months.

I would not recommend this salon for any hair services.
