This group took advantage of my mother by not following through with the VA on payments from VA to cover her care. They continued to take money from her account even though my mother couldn’t afford it. Because of this her account was overdrawn twice. I repeatedly called them to correct this and got no help. They don’t even answer the phone or return calls. We had to come up with over $3300 to make up for them withdrawing from my mothers account. Now my mother has passed and they could care less. They got their money.
