Terrible "customer" service given to this student. When she calls into Devry University. Devry does not get information correctly almost on a daily basis. She gets someone different every time and they do not have the correct information that he gives just the day before.. She has to change her e-mail EVERY TIME and they do not have the correct graduation date. There are 3 different people (advisors) giving her 3 different graduation dates so she is really frustrated with the University. She cannot get anyone to understand or to get any information correctly and she is the one that contacted you as a "University" that she would like to take online classes with. I would NEVER choose a "university" that cannot get information correctly or at least get her an advisor that know s what is going on and gets the correct information. Hope has even sent in the mail and faxed information and your university still cannot get any information correct. I am holding on line as I am typing this and they have me on hold (or have disconnected me), so here is another day of not getting the correct information or having an advisor that cares about someone elses finances and/or whether they graduate or not. Please contact her at 317-502 1434 before she gets ahold of a lawyer or Channel 4,6,8 or 13 and complains of this bad pick of an onlin university.. You probably do not care, but maybe someone else is having the same issues and will give the school a bad name and then maybe someone will get it right or listen.
