Peggy has worked hard to get us in. Fingers crossed! The place looks amazing with 2 pools, playground and activities for the entire family. I would recommend this mobile home park! Many bad reviews out here are from earlier years and this place has really made an amazing turn around! (I remember when the place was junk years ago!) Low payments for new mobile homes. Definitely affordable!

People still commuting crimes an suicide . no security .they sale the trailers not rent them, when something is wrong,you bought it its your baby.the older people who have lived there for years they kick out because they want the lots for new trailers.They tell you they can do as they please its there park and there is a new sheriff in town. Still the crime rate .Still is a depressing place to be.it's like putting jewelry on a pig .Its still a pig no matter what

This place is a really good place to live . New owners bought this property several months ago and there doing a great job . They have all new staff and there very nice . They move out all the bad people and once again we can call Valley Brook home . Thank You Eloise for doing a great job.

What Phil said. Keep on driving. very very very very expensive here. They've raised my rent twice in the last 2 months. Month to month lease. No warning on the 2nd increase. With water, I'm over $500 a month now. That's way too much!

We owned our own trailer in the park and still was harassed just like renters there, they have triple standards for everything the secretary Jackie runs the place the managers have no clue what is right or wrong it is what ever Jackie sees to benefit from, in the winter plan on staying home if you live in the back part they will plow you in if they plow but the front will be done before the snow is over, they raise the rent to what they see fit nobody pays the same amount supposed to have restrictions on out building sizes well you see everything from small shed to a one and a half car garage and a shed on the same lot if you want screwed just go there they will find a way if it is with water or if it is with rent it is very expensive to live there have a good job or good govt check to stay there then don't be late if you own your own they will do what ever they can to try to take you to court to get your trailer so they can sell or rent it. supposed to be no pit bulls in the park but there are some in there and running loose and the office will do nothing about it.

poor community. most on disability.alot of drug users.many children living here cussing mean and unsupervised.not safe.homeless say from house to house stealing what they can to get there next fix fro housesm the drug

I wouldn't give this place any stars...but it doesn't give that option.If you have any standards, morally or logically do not even consider moving here,unless you are fond of white trash, thieves, child molesters and a management to match. A home burnt to the ground and a woman passed away...why....because there are insufficent fire hydrants in the whole neighborhood, which made it near impossible for the Fire Department to put out the fire. We've had our cars broken into, and three bikes stolen from our front porch in the matter of two years. Maintenance enters the homes as they please, never knocking and never leaving notes that they have been there. WORST PLACE EVER. Crime Watch nieghborhood? Please. Unless crime watch means that all the criminals look out for one another. That must have been what the two child molestors on our street we're doing before they finally got caught in the matter of 6 months apart. Property Manager Mike Batic is nothing more than a slumlord. The house next door that has been vacant over 9 months should be condemned, with its no carpet particle board floors that have holes large enough for a small child to fall through, and its overcome with mold was just recently sold as a "Handyman Special!" Oh and lets not forget about the recent pitbull attack, that we had complained about for over two years...but thats okay because they office had it listed as a Boxer..not a Pit Bull.
