I personally have never lived in a government subsidized APT. WHERE if u make more money or get an increase in income no matter how small rent will increase the next month.i understand that But if income is taken away,checks are cut or layoffs occur rent stays the same until recertification which ciuld be a year,All government subsidies I have checked work the same give and take type contract,No body waits till re certification u cant make it that way,your money and or expenses hAVE INCREASED.IF U CAN INCREASE RENT IN ONE MONTH U CAN DECREASE IT IN ONE MONTH.i am taking a chance even asking you/but I am curious thank u for your time and I live in a lovely apt. and hope to remain as long as rent allowplease dont use my name,i want to stay here
