A few years ago they serviced my Dyson vacuum. They did a great job in a timely manner. So when I decided to purchase a new vacuum I naturally came to Vacuums & More. All my questions were answered and I even got to take the vacuum for a test drive! I will definitely be back.

I bought my first vacuum from Vacuums & More about three years ago after researching various places online and around town. They were really thorough in helping me find the vac that was right for me. Also I felt that they weren’t trying to rip me off in the price, or sell me more than I needed or wanted. They didn’t try to woo me with any gimmicks and I think they gave me a good price. I liked them so much that I didn’t consider going anyplace else when I needed to buy another vacuum for my in-laws and later a carpet cleaning machine. They take very good care of my machines when I bring them each year to be serviced. I really appreciated getting my first two years of service for FREE! I also really like supporting a family owned business. They are such nice folks. It’s rare to find good, honest business owners who truly care about their customers. I will always patronize them.

Ryan knowledge and demonstration of vacuums available made our choice easy. Watching how customers were served convinced me this store was for me.

Amazing service and comprehensive knowledge of vacuums. They listened to our needs and sold us the best equipment for our new carpet. We really struggled with our old vacuum that wasn't suited to the carpet. Our new Riccar is fantastic and makes vacuuming, dare I say, enjoyable :). The carpet looks better than ever. We'll definitely be back.

I had purchased a Ricardo vacuum cleaner. I was very satisfied with the knowledge of the product and have been greatly satisfied with the purchase. I will definitely be coming back for future business.
