the store manager was very helpful

My sister and I went to USA Party Supplies on Fri. 7/10/09 to order balloons for my nephews 1st birthday party. My sister was trying to ask a few questions about prices, etc. and the employees that were working were paying more attention to flirting and joking around with one another than they were to her questions. 2/3 employees were also on their phones(obviously talking to friends by the content of the conversation). My sister ended up ordering 4- 18" mylar specialty balloons($12) and then 6 blue latex balloons and 12 yellow latex balloons. All of the balloons were supposed to be ready by 10a.m. Her fiance went to pick them up at 10:30a.m. and they were still not all ready. He had to stand there and wait for them to blow half of them up. When he got home they were not even the correct balloons (we were missing the 12 yellow latex). I called and nicely asked why we did not receive all of our balloons and why they were not done on time, the young male employee that answered said that they had been working on our order since 9a.m. I told the employee that was not an answer to why the order was not done on time and he had no response.



We will not be returning to this location and if the owner/manager were smart they would consider hiring more MATURE employees.

Looking at the store from the parking lot it looked very small, but the minute I walked in the door I was pleasantly surprised. Fireworks, Halloween Costumes, Party Supplies and the BIGGEST selection of Webkinz I have ever seen. The most impressive thing to me was the associate's willingness to help me with everything I needed. I got a beautiful balloon arrangement and she spent so much time making sure it was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this store to anyone that happens to read this rating.
