I am deeply saddened by what is happening amongst the employees and the corporation. I will be purchasing a "Trane" next.

I have always valued Carrier as a good product and at least mostly American made. Well that is about to change and I'm guessing that Carrier will soon discover there are more important things then profits.

As a loyal carrier customer it saddens me that I lose another buy american option to a greedy corporation moving to Mexico.

Not all of the a/c unit sold to me as American made, is made in America. Mexico makes the coil used . I am not happy with the fact I was told the furnace and A/C was American make! Don't try to blame anyone but the executives who make this decision to outsource pieces and parts of these units!!! I am not happy at all and would not have purchased this unit. I would have found a company that had enough pride to have all of the equipment made in the country it is to be sold in.
