Avoid at all costs! I am still having issues with the electrical connection and have not been able to successfully use a trailer after a month. The power line is wrapped around the rear axle and through the leaf spring so it causes the wire coating to wear out creating a short.



The stores phone system is automatically routed to the call center, and there is no way of actually talking to a person located in the store. The general manager, Charles Short Jr. is the one that installed my hitch/wiring. I have been back once due to the trailer lights not working. Mr Short said he fixed the issue and made sure that it would not happen again...but it did. His fix consisted of wrapping the bare wire in electrical tape, instead of moving the wire away from moving parts.
