Well where do I start???? How about ugh and mean cruel and just wrong!!!!! First off I cannot tell u what is like to be a customer??? However I can tell u my horror side of what it's like just to be the wife of a hardworking husband and loving father of 3 that has had some horrible luck in the last year and was so thankful and excited to find out that he got hired on to transport connection as his first job being a owner operator... With him thinking finally things were changing for the better after losing his home and everything he owned to a horrible house fire and losing his job in the coal mines where he worked for 12 years and losing his aunt all in the past year:( But anyways so we were all very thankful and excited to have things looking so much brighter until he worked for a month and finally received a paycheck for 350$(which was partially his fault for being a week late on his paperwork) well then a week later he was blessed with a $1000 paycheck so then we were all so very thankful and excited again because we thought again things were looking up and we just might be able to cover all of our bills and have a very merry Christmas !!!! But then of course the good luck took a very big look down again when he had an accident where he came up on a red light and caught a poor women's car under his landing gear!!!! But god was looking out for all of us when the lil women's car was totaled but she got outta her car and was talking to her pastor on her cellphone before my husband had the chance to walk back to her car and see if we needed an ambulance!!! I'm still praying and thanking The Lord for that!!! But when my husband got back to the office with his unharmed truck trailer and his story and paperwork he was told he was fired and to bring in his paperwork and fuel card into the office and he would receive his final pay check and escrow refunds!!! But then when he did turn in his paperwork and fuel card he was told to leave the property immediately or would be escorted of the property!!!!! So he left and called them and asked about his last pay and ect... And they told him it would be mailed to his home address so now with only few hundred dollars left in his account and Xmas vastly approaching in 2 wks he called them bak and said since tomorrow was payday anyways he would just stay in Indianapolis overnight and get his pay in the am..... But now they told him it was already mailed home to PA... So after all of this horrible nightmare my husband comes home and anxiously awaits to receive his pay again so we can finally pay bills and go Christmas shopping:) But the 19th approaches and no check so he texts them to find out they said they were filing charges against him for not reporting the accident(which he did) and were withholding all monies!!!!! So yes if u plan on trying to get a job at transport connection... I wish u all the good luck in the world!!! And hope that u have a good checking account and savings account and a GOOD CHRISTMAS CLUB!!!!!! BECAUSE of those COLDHEARTED TRANSPORT CONNECTION A&&:;/()$@. And our LUCK!!! My 3 kids had a good Christmas because we were all thankful for everybody being ok and were all together but it definitely wasn't for their wonderful Xmas bonus paycheck or the 2 months of bills that are stacking up!!!! Thank you transport connection for the 2 months of unpaid bills and wiping out our savings account on attorney fees fuel and all the charges filed against my husband!!!! Next year PLEASE KEEP YOUR XMAS PRESENTS FOR YOURSELF!!!!!
