This place is full of corporate BS. They claim to be able to buy online. Today I purchased a lego set and it was set to store pick up only which I thought was weird. The set said in stock so I completed the transaction and was charged AWESOME. NO-a hour late I was sent a email saying my order was cancelled. I as able to locate the set a hour north of me and called customer service asking them to ship it to me because it was THEIR MISTAKE. I was told too bad so sad by a corporate supervisor. so I went to social media they posted they would reach out. THEY DID NOT! I have to cancel plans to drive 2 hours tomorrow. Thanks for nothing toy r us.

12-4-14 This was the worst experience I have ever had in a store! We drove 45 min to this store to purchase size 7 pampers for my autistic son, we had checked ahead of time to make they were available in store before driving there, we get to the store and didn't see any so we asked a worker if she could check the back she then told us there wasn't any(without checking) and told us we had the wrong store. I then showed her it was the correct address online and she then said it was probably on the truck and said sorry and walked away. So then I went to costumer service to ask explain the situation to her and they called up the same lady and asked her to check she then rudely tells another employee that she told us they didn't have them, then started walking and shouted at us, "We don't have them!!!!" I have NEVER had an employee yell at me before. I was completely livid and left the store with my family and will not be going back to this location ever again.

toys r us has always been a very good place to shop especially for the holidays-they always have what you want and you never have trouble returning items.
