DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY

I can't believe my hard earned money has been going to waste for so long. First off I will start with my kitchen. The cabinets were suppose to be replaced the only thing that was replaced was office staff. They hang off and your waiting for them to fall on your head. Maintenance came and got screws and fixed the two bottom cabinets said will return with more for the top and drawers that fit and never returned. Second my bathroom was messed up for about a month. I would call every other day literally, which is suppose to be emergency because I only have one "joke". My building is so old the pipe under the toilet and the bolts were just rusted out. He dug out so much rust it was ridiculous. Part two of that issue it took a month to figure that out and he was so mad he been getting so many calls for my order when he flipped the toilet over and put in my tub he cracked the bowl. So from that point water accumulated and the toilet was loose. When I called about it leaking some fool tried to tell me it was condensation "lol". That's why it was a puddle on my floor pulling up the tile and baseboard. When they finally put in a new toilet I was told they ordered a replacement vanity and when it comes will replace that with my tile and baseboard. As of today that has not happened and has been over a month. Last but not least my a/c unit doesn't work. As it is summer pretty sure most of you can feel my pain. I called in a maintenance request a month ago because it would stay warm in my bedroom and the thermostat would never reach what I set it to. Long story short two weeks ago someone showed up and replaced a filthy filter said he will be back next day yo see if that helps resolve the problem "it didn't". I called again so someone showed up last week and tested my outside pressure, I was then told a new unit has to be ordered bc the compressor is burnt out no pressure is showing to the outside unit at all. It will get fixed earliest Friday (7-11-14) or latest Monday (7-14-14). Someone came today and placed coolant inside the outside unit tuned on my thermostat and left without saying anything or to give me an update on exactly what they were TRYING to do. I call to speak with property manager to inform her of the situation not once did she apologize for the inconvenience of not having a/c for over a month now she goes to tell me a replacement wouldn't be ordered till today. Huh excuse me that is not what I was told and didn't even know about the situation at all and kept trying to interrupt me to inform me on new maintenance personnel like that matters or I would give to pennies. Now I'm waiting again it's 85° inside my apartment and I have to go outside to feel cooler and get harassed by the constant sheriff who is on patrol to keep the flow of things but I'm not suppose to be blocking the stairs and my apartment shouldn't be 85° either so go kill yourself. Between getting things fixed in a timely manner/fashion professionalism from staff you would be beyond wasting your time and money to come HERE. DON'T DO IT!!!!!
