Provided by YP.comThe owner of this store cares nothing for his customers and does everything he can to deny responsability for his own and his employees mistakes. I would not recommend using this location, in fact the service was so terrible I have switched the bulk of my shipping requirements (which are many) across the street to the FEDEX/Kinko store where I am treated like a valued customer.
