Me and my family bought so many items at the Store and it's always great. The quality is so great. Just remember to buy the warranty in case something happens.

Bought a bunk bed from Shelby St. store. When delivered they assembled it with one slat that was too short to reach all the way across the frame. Therefore, it caused side board to broke as soon as child got into bed. Called to have it repaired, they came with a new side board, but not a new slat that would fit all the way across frame. Therefore, side board broke again shortly after repairman left. Have called store to reschedule another repair. This bed was too expensive to have to deal with this problem. Will never buy anything from this store again.
