I recently took my girlfriend here. She was totally in awe. Our server Makenzie was excellent and super friendly. It is definitely an establishment to experience. Be sure to take in the entire session from appetizer to the chocolate fondue for dessert.

I go to this melting pot quite often. I had a really bad experience with the managers a few weeks ago. However I filled out what happened on their website and the big manager gave me a call to say he was sorry and to turn a right into a wrong. We were invited back for a free meal this time and given a few extras. Before this I was really done with the place as I was that offended. I'm not the person to complain so you have to do something wrong to make me feel that way. The manager invited us back in for a free meal and a few extras. I was really impressed. I applaud them for listening to my bad experience and turning it into a great one.
