I can't wait to move out. I'm finishing my last two months here and they want to raise my rent $15 for a new lease. Here are the problems I faced at this "Luxury" (sign posted when you drive in) apartment complex:

*Glass front door has decorative print, but anyone walking up to the window can see everything going on inside the apartment. If you move in, you'll need to completely cover the front door if you wish to keep your privacy.

*I've had 3 sets of upstairs neighbors during my time here. This last group of about 2-4 people at any given time are college aged and are constantly up until 2-3 in the morning. You can hear every step they take or things they drop in their apartment. They also run up and down the stairs when they go their apartment which is very loud, esp. in the middle of the night to wake you up. This current group sells and uses drugs with their friends and others that live in this complex. Over time, I've found a used joint and some pills outside my front door which presumably got dropped below their deck above. There are constantly people going up and down the stairs, mostly at night. Reporting these activities has apparently gone without any action. They had a full sized parrot in the apartment for about 4 months. The thing would squawk all the time. Complete disrespect for not only myself, but their neighbors. They have a dog who barks incessantly when they lock him in their bedroom (or some room).

*The postal service delivery here is atrocious. There is one central location where all the mail gets delivered. At least once a week (sometimes twice), I'll get an article of mail not addressed to me. The leasing office says all you have to do is place the mail in the outgoing mail to be redelivered. I do it, but I can imagine many people just throw it away or open it to snoop.

If you value your safety, privacy, and a peaceful neighborhood, I implore you to seek out other apartment complexes to live.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER!

Supposedly a luxury apartment. It's the opposite. I have had mice from the moment I moved in. Not one mouse, but five!! Requested to have traps laid three times before they took the situation seriously. Endless calls to maintenance for all sorts of emergencies including the kitchen sink overflowing, the locks on the windows not being properly installed, and many others.

The apartment looks NOTHING like the model apartment. The model apartment looks really nice and updated. The actual apartment has gross old kitchen cabinets that don't even slide properly, a kitchen pantry that smells like dirty animals and was covered in fur when I moved in, and has low quality flooring in the bathroom and kitchen.

Don't be fooled by the word LUXURY. This is false advertisement.

Management does not seem to take their jobs seriously. They have no sense of urgency, pretend to care but do not resolve issues.

For this much rent, you could find a much better living situation.
