o I am up at 2AM, not by choice, but because someone is choosing to be a Hooligan and maybe even a murderer because I was woke up out of my sleep because someone is shooting. Not surprised when I called 911 and several calls where already made, however I called our Security Officer and he has not called back yet. The police have not even came. I can not wait until my lease it up to move, yes crime happens every where, but I do not live every where. This place should have been shut down long ago, Even when I see the Indy Housing Auth. Out here doing inspections, (Which fail the first time) they even STH at this madness, so why continue to give them government, to live like this, when people can take their voucher's to a much better community. Even if you take Crime out of the equation, you are still left with the incompetent office staff, where if you ask all 5 of them one question, you will get 10 different answers. The maintenance staff who cant fix your unit in a timely manner because by their own admission have been working at other properties, but "OURS" still is not maintained, but in every news letter they ask you to be patient, I think waiting over 6 months for a work order is more then being patient. If you value your belongings, I suggest that you dont move here because your home will be burglarized, and your car vandalized. This is a short version of the problems, more will come when I have not been woken out of my sleep at 2am This IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, IF YOU COMPARE IT TO THE LOCAL CITY DUMP!!! But dont worry they will keep your grass cut!! I would like to know why the rent increases but the property is a Flop even after this mysterious million dollar renovation that took place that not even the office staff can recall
