LEO here. Good customer service at the beginning. Bought a Glock 27 from them and took it to the range to qual. After about 180 rounds through I began getting misfire issues, fairly regular missfire issues. The round chambers but the gun goes "click". Basically i'm getting light hits. I called Glock immediately, and they overnighted me a new recoil spring, but that didn't solve the problem and I had also tried 3 different kinds of ammunition. I conveyed all of this to Jenkins and asked if they could replace the gun, but they said no. At first they said something about serial numbers having already been assigned or some jargon, but as I pushed the issue a little further it turned into "that's our policy". Basically they didn't want to go to bat with Glock, they wanted me to go to bat with Glock. It was a time and effort issue. I would understand if I was asking for my money back, but I was actually just asking for a new gun. I had really hoped that after selling a faulty gun to a law enforcement officer they would enthusiastically try to get it taken care of, but oh well, I just won't buy anything else there. Guess I'll begin the God knows how long process of mailing a gun back to Glock and figuring out what's wrong with it and/or getting a new one.

Terrible customer service. I live an hour and a half away so I made sure to call Friday the day before I planned on going there to buy a glock. I was quoted a price of 398. I drove there the next day and sure enough there was the gun in the counter with a price tag of 398. I looked at the gun and when I was ready to buy it, I was informed that the price on it was wrong. It was really 464. I explained that I had called the day before to get a price and had let the lady know I was driving over an hour to get there and that 398 was the quoted price and the price on the tag . The girl at the counter went to see if they would Honor Their price and came back and said the price was 464. So I wasted 3 hours round trip driving and 50 dollars in gas for nothing because at this point I'm not giving a company like this my business. I found them through the glock site which stated that they were the glock blue label dealer for Indiana.I cant believe Glock would make a dealer like this, theyre blue label dealer. A dealer with no integrity to stick by their price when it is their mistake. I'm writing to Glock next just to let them know how their "Blue label " dealer does business with their customers. Dont bother going to this store
