Rating of 0 ZERO!! Disabled daughter took $1,500 of hard saved money into the lot to get a car. Sold her a car that had been totally wrecked and half way repaired, bald tires, wiring problems inside and much more. I just had surgery and could not go with her to find a car. They took her money, and later the same day she went to get into a door and it stuck on front fender because when the wrecked part had been fixed it was not done properly. She called them and was informed it was "her problem now". One dent in back they left and said it was too costly to repair. I sent someone with her to the car lot yesterday to try to resolve the problems. We were willing to take another car on the lot. They told us absolutely NOT, and then they said "Oh she wrecked it herself and had it repaired by a cheap place that is why the door is sticking" In a couple of days she wrecked it and had it all repaired IMPOSSIBLE. They also said the one dent that they did not repair, that she just did that too (dent had rust around it where paint cracked....how did that happen in a few days??? So bottom line was that they were not going to help her at all. She even paid a few months payments in advance. Well three days later now (less than one week she is broke down along the road with three little children (I cannot get to her because I just got out of hospital). One child is autistic. She herself has had 6 brain surgeries. Now they are standing on the side of the street. They charged her $7,000 for this junk, 2002 with 160,000 miles on it. Also 20+ percent interest. Now at Christmas she has no car, a disabled daughter that needs rides to school, kids now have no Christmas at all due to the loss of money incurred. We called everywhere and no one will help us. So the only thing we can do is media attention, all over the internet, and we are calling some news stations. I guess if enough bad press gets around maybe they will realize you cannot do people that way. She asked them straight out if they were honest people, well of course they told her they were. SO BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP BUY HERE PAY HERE. The BBB shows they are closed, yet they are not. So I am going to make a few more calls. Thanks for reading, and hope that all the publicity will help some other family who is desperate for transportation and does not have lots of money....yet most of all pray for her and her children that somehow Christmas will still happen for the kids. If it is nothing more that a tree that is all lite up for Christmas day. Breaks my heart how people like is at this car lot have no compassion for the poor. Sad Sad Sad
