I have worked with dozens of title companies in multiple states. These guys are jerks. They take a very long time to get anything done, and are very rude every time we talk with them. The escrow officer there would not return our calls and it took us about 4 hours to get a hold of her. Then, after we did get a hold of her, she had no idea who we were even though she had just emailed out a preliminary report. Don't use these guys if you can avoid it.
