I went to this Starbucks yesterday and had absolute terrible service. The cashier took both my friend and I's orders wrong and took forever to put them in and give us our change. My friends first drink was not soy, which she asked for at the register. The barista then made the drink again and it was the wrong size. Turns out, it was the cashier fault for charging her for the wrong size. The barista then asked my friend to get back and line and order the drink again so they could charge her for the larger size she wanted. The line was very long so it was rude of her to ask that when it was her fault. Finally the right drink came out. My order overall tasted very good but the cashier had terrible experience and obviously had no idea what he was doing. I was also not pleased when the barista started a drink for a man behind me when I was in line first and hadn't been asked what I wanted to order. The finished products were terriffic, but the service was TERRIBLE!
