I love this store and the quality of their customer service. Their drinks are great and so is the food, but even better yet is the quality of their service. The employees go above and beyond to make their customers happy and satisfied. I will recommend this store to anyone.

Me and my boyfriend go to alot of the starbucks in fact he lives state alot to the point I look up where to find them in each state. Today Sunday I decide to go get us one in the even went to the Shadeland store. Order even order a brownie which was really dry. I alway order the sameone with a shot mixed in and extra extra extra ice yes I order that way so they can take the hint to make it thick. today the girls did know of this they just wanted me to leave so they could play with the baby in there store. When I got home my boyfriend tasted his drink and said the same thang how bad it was. I called the store all they had to say was they were sorry and to come back and they would make me another one Im not driving all the way back for that. Next time maybe give me one on my nexted trip in. It doesnt matter because I wont go back to this one. Please get in employees
