The supervisors at Standard Change Makers located in Indianapolis are just the worst. It seems they're never at their desk to pick up a call. Even if you leave your name and number on their voicemail, they will absolutely not call you back if the call is regarding anything besides installing new machines or ordering new parts (pretty much anything that will generate revenue). On top of that, one of their supers had the audacity to hang up in the middle of our conversation because 'he had heard enough and wanted to go home'. This, ladies and gentlemen, is NOT how you run a business and if the higher-ups at Standard Change knew what was good for their company, they would let these hooligans go before they run out all the customers with their lack of tact and manners.

Awful online service from the representatives. It seems like they just ignore emails whenever they feel like it.
