I can't believe I'm unhappy with this place. I haven't been there in years and I expected our anniversary dinner to be perfect... what a let down. Billy, our waiter was excellent, but the porterhouse (that we split) had excessive fat and three strands of impenetrable fiber running through both sides of the meat ruining it for us. We've had better flavor and tenderness at Outback&Longhorn. Also, my wife ordered a red wine but she got white, and we ordered mushrooms... we received none. Add in the outrageous prices that this chain of various restaurants charges and you can understand this review. Sorry st. elmo, we won't be back.
