SPINNAKER APARTMENTS NOT!

MY NAME IS AARON JORDAN, I LIVE AT SPINNAKER APARTMENTS, SINCE THE DATE OF MY ARRIVAL NOVEMBER 14TH 2008. UPON GETTING INTO THE APARTMENT, THE APARTMENT WASNT READY TO ACTUALLY MOVE IN. THE WERE NUMEROUS PROBLEMS INTERING THE LEASE. GRASS ABOUT 4-5 FT TALL AND ELECTRICAL OUTLET COVERS WERE BROKEN THROUGH OUT THE APARTMENT. THERE WERE LEAKS FROM THEM THE TUB THAT WAS OBVIOUS. AND THIS LASTED ABOUT 4-6 WEEKS TILL ALL WAS FINISHED. 16.-DELAY OF OCCUPANCY, IF OCCUPANCY IS OR WILL BE DELAYED FOR CONSTRUCTION, REPAIRS, CLEANING, OR WHAT PREVIOUS RESIDENT HAD LEFT OVER , WERE NOT RRESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY, SAYS THE CONTRACT! P..S THEY PUT PROFIT BEFORE THE APARTMENT WAS READY NOT CARING WHAT PRICE THAT WE THE RESIDENT WOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH FROM THE START. The manager of spinnaker apartment JULIE GARNER WAS ONLY SO PURSISTANT THAT HER ONLY WAY TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE WAS TO TELL US WE CAN HAVE A 30 DAY NOTICE FOR EVICTION SINCE WE COULD BE SATISFIED. YES , I HAD AN ATTITUDE BECUASE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WAYS TO BEGINA LEASE OR FOR TO HELP RESOLVE AN ISSUE.
THE THREAT OF I CAN TAKE AN EVICTION NOTICE HAPPENED AGAIN AFTER OUR WATER HEATER WENT OUT, AND THEY HAD TO REPLACE IT.I WAS ONLY WITH IN THE LEAE FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS AT THAT TIME. SO I ASK A NORMAL QUESTION AND THE MAINTENECE GUY BLEW UP.AND THEN THEY BLAMED ME AND IN RESULT IN IT COMES, WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE EVICTED SAYS'MRS. JULIE GARNER.

UP TO DATE MARCH 15TH, 2010 SO IVE BEEN IN THE LEASE ABOUT A YEAR AND HALF NOW SINCE 2008
I HAD GARBAGE DISPOSSAL ISSUE AND NEEDED MAINTENCE. STEVE GIB WAS THE MAINTENCE MAN AND HE'S BEEN IN THE APARTMENT MANY TIMES. I HAVE NO DOUBTS ABOUT THE TRUST FACTOR WITH HIS CHARACTER.
BUT IN THE SAME REGUARD MY GIRLFRIEND EXPENSIVE SHOES THAT WERE AT THE DOOR ARE NOW GONE AND I UNDERSTAND THAT IT DOES SOUND LOGICAL BUT IF STEVE IS IN THE KITCHEN , IS THE DOOR OPEN, MORE THAN LIKEY UN LOCKED AND STEVE WOULD BE DESTRACTED AND A CRIME ONLY TAKES SECONDS. SO AT THIS POINT THE ONLY RESOLVE FROM SPINNAKER APARTMENTS AND JULIE GARNER IS TO ENFLIKED A BARKING NOICE OF ONE MORE TIME AND YOU CAN BE EVICTED! AM AMAZED THAT THIS IS HOW A BUSINESS OF PEOPLE SOLVE ISSUES WITH THE BLIND SITE TO THERE OWN CREW BEING INNOCENT. WHEN IN FACT THE LEASE STATES

YOU AND YOUR OCCUPANTS OR GUESTS MAY NOT ENGAGE THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: BAHAVING IN A LOUD OR OBNOXIOUS MANNER; DISTURBING OR THREATHING THE RIGHT, COMFORT, HEALTH, SAFETY OR CONVIENCE OF OTHERS. ETC.HER CHARACTER FLAW IS MUCH OF GOD COMPLEX, SSAD BUT TRUE! POOR LEADERSHIP SKILLS, POOR PEOPLE SKILLS,STILL LEADING BY EXAMPLE FOR THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BOYCOTT HER RIGHT OUT OF HER POSISTION AND PUT SOMEONE THAT IS FAIR WITH COMMON GROUND UNDERSTANDINGS WITH RESIDENT, SOMEHOW IT IS OVER SHADOWED BY SELFISHNESS AND GREED AND A LAME PEDISTAL SHE CALLS HER POWER.

I have been living at spinnaker apartments on w 38th street for 3 years and each year there has been a change in the office staff. The assistant manager has a very rude attitude and when you speak to her she doesn't let you get anything out before cutting you off. I have been robbed twice since I've been here and when it rains my street is flooded. The communication is terrible. I called to talk to one of the "higher" staff members and usually am told they are gone for the day and this is around 12 noon which does not help me at all. Each time I call and give them any notice I am soon checking my emails and finding out no one communicated my information nor did they call me to ask if I had any questions after I was told to leave my number and someone will give me a phone call. I honestly would not recommend any one to move there and I hope the corporate office decides to give me a call back being that I haven't received one yet after I called several times.
