I went there twice go get a detail job done on Saturday morning. I first called two days before, I was told it would be no problem, come on in early Saturday. I cleaned out the car, got there, the first person I see says they are closed. I said I had an appointment, he again said they are closed. He then pointed at a group of men around a car at the front. I go over there, ask why they are closed, I was told a water main broke. I asked if I could come in the next Saturday, I was told to come in early and could get it done.

I come in thday (Saturday), the first person I meet, I tell him that I'm coming in for a detail, he points me to go to the car wash. I asked if he was sure, he then points me to a guy cleaning a car. I ask about detail, he says they can't do it today, they're short handed. So that's two early Saturdays that I've wasted my time.

First off I left a review at the wrong location so let's start over. On mother's day was my first time ever getting full service done on any car I've owned but let me tell the guys that cleaned my car did an excellent job I outside waiting for my car and decided to get a closer look my car looked nice shiny clean I even told all guy out there they did a damn good job and I will return to this location and refer others plus the prices are affordable too

I came to this car wash on 11-5-2011 and got my car washed. It really was awful and they don't clean it the like they are suppose to. When i got in my car it smelled like nasty feet and i already had the new car air freshener hanging in my rear view mirror and i couldn't even smell it at all over the feet smell from one of the workers. They sprayed the window cleaner all over the inside of my car and didn't even wipe it out of the inside of the car and i didn't look at it before i almost put my phone down in the puddle of water sitting in my cup holder. The outside of my car is still dirty and didn't get clean and the people that were outside working told me i was crazy and i couldn't do anything about it. No there is, and they can get in a lot of trouble for the way they treated me and talking to me like I'm crazy. Okay here is the real problem they don't have very many people that spoke English and they didn't know what to say to me when I said something and yet they didn't even try beside calling me crazy.

I had my car washed here recently and when I went outside to pick it up the rear window was duck taped shut. When I asked them about it they started to tell me that it was like this when I brought it in. I then told them that it wasn't like this before and that I would know if my window had been duck taped shut. They then changed the story and had me take it to a local shop for repairs and it would be free of charge. The people at the repair shop were great and helped me immediately but after they called Sparkling Image for payment they were told by the manager on duty that they would not pay for the damages and stuck me with paying the bill. If your going to run a good business don't lie to your customers when you make a mistake and then if you damage someones property pay for it.‎
