This place does not deserve a star. I went here yesterday with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. After the wash, I got out to look and discovered that the whole side of the drivers side had scratches. I confronted David the general manager and he basically lied and said that did not happen. Called to make a personal property report and was told it was a civil suit. I called the insurance company to find out this happens all the time and that is why signs are posted. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS CAR WASH AFTER THE DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE ON MY CAR. VERY RUDE!

They don't deserve a single star. My keys were locked into the car by service staff. Cameron, the alleged evening manager, told me that I had locked the keys in the car without even an introduction and that I would be responsible for the cost of a locksmith to open the vehicle if needed. I informed him that I couldn't have locked the keys in the car as the staff had cleaned the mats after I exited the vehicle. He informed me that the mats had not been cleaned, and that therefore his staff could not have locked the keys in the car. He refused to investigate further, but threatened to call the police when I became appropriately upset as he had essentially called me a liar. The mats had indeed been cleaned once the car was opened. No apology was issued. Cameron just chose to find a corner to hide in during the remainder of my time at the facility. If this is the type of people that they choose to be in charge, shame on them! I have generally been happy with the service that they deliver for the price, but I will have a hard time ever returning.

In the first place I waited for thirty minutes for them to even start on the inside of my car. There were 2 cars ahead of me. Then it took them another 30 min before they signaled that it was done. When I got out where it was sunny I could see that the inside of the windshield and the rear view mirror had not been cleaned and the back seat had not been vaccumed. When I opened the trunk there was still a ring where I ha sat a pot that I had to re-vaccum. It was a very bad experience at store # 90.I probably will never return nor Would I recommend it to others

I watched my car go through the car wash thru the glass wall with my front bumper UNDER the car in front of it. I took pictures and yet they did NOTHING! I understand that accidents happen, but I was not the one who drove the car into the wash. The paint is off the bumper in a spot and maybe if they would have at least apologized I wouldn't be so mad. Terrible customer service for someone who went out of her way to support their business...

This place never does a good job. I have had to point out areas on the dash and seats that needed to be wiped down, and have gotten home to find the car seats not vacuumed or the back seat between the car seats neglected. I won't go back!

This is my favorite place to wash my car, I have tried other places and never was satisfied as with this place. I'm always impressed with the dedication and responsibility of each employee. Congratulations to everyone who makes this facility one of the best in Indianapolis.

I've always had great service here. They are very thorough in cleaning inside & out - one of the few stores around anymore that cleans inside.

This car wash is outstanding. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. I drive an hour away to go here!
