My husband and I just got new tires for his truck. They went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted and were happy!!

I went in looking for tires for my family minivan. They broke a sensor and said wheels were balanced... But the next day when I took it on the interstate it shook so bad I though it was going to fall apart!!! Afraid for my children's safety I took it to Good Year and they said not a single tire was balanced! Hmmmm

Well they are now! With new sensor and balance I'm out another $125.00 when I took recipet to Southside tire he gave me 20 bucks!!!! Really! I will never do business there again and would recommend no one else does either! What a joke!

Their selection isn't huge, but they provided good service and they guarantee their tires. I've changed my tires there at least 10 times and only had to come back one time, which they corrected for free. It's not a gigantic corporation, so they actually care what their customers think. I would personally recommend them to anyone because they're much, much cheaper than anywhere else I've been. If they had more choices for tires, I'd have awarded them 5 stars.
