Put a roof on my house in 2006 and product is defective, will not back up their work or even answer my calls. A roof should last longer than 12 years. Do not use this company.

Was told on Thursday that sample of shingles we picked out would be there by the end of the day....contractor never showed up. Got up Friday morning to find out they were puting my roof on somone elses house. When they fixed that house they started on mine. The shinges they showed up with we did not like so we changed colors in witch they were upset. Roof was completed but had rips on multiple shingles. They came back and repaired. Was told my attic fan cover would be painted to match roof...never did job. The gutters were replaced and was not what we asked for. They came back twice to make right but still look bad. The screens that were replaced were loose and brought back twice to repair but are still loose. Poor workmanship by crew and poor communication with crew and homeowner. I would not recommend these guys to anyone, very unhappy customer.

My husband and l purchased a home a year and a half ago that was remodeled by Smalling Construction. Since moving in there have been several things that have come up not to code. Repair work had to be redone in the crawl space, a leak in the roof had to be repaired and sewage has leaked into the crawl dosage due to inadequate plumbing. There are leaks around the windows and although no one has come to look at it yet they said it sounds like the siding will need to be removed to fix the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their work looks nice but it is all smoke and mirrors!

They just re roofed my house as well as removing and replacing the aluminum fascia and gutters after a recent hail storm. They were very fast and did a great job at cleaning up. My house looks A+. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . They we are very helpful. Thanks Steve, Tyler, Kyle
